Thank you so much for all the kind comments and messages after my post about our difficult flight out to Bali. Despite the bumpy start, the holiday itself was absolutely wonderful!

I’m also pleased to report that the return flight was far less traumatic (Ms Rachel deserves a lot of credit for that). The little ones are back at nursery today, and fingers crossed we’ll tackle the jet lag fairly quickly this week.

It’s been such a joy to return to warm spring sunshine and see the garden starting to wake up for summer.

Now that I’m back, I’m diving straight into the holiday quotes and enquiries that came in while I was away.

It feels so good to be home — even if I already miss the Bali sunsets a little. For now, I’m soaking up the spring sunshine, enjoying the simple things, and feeling very grateful for all the memories we made.
